At NASMAT, we believe fast delivery is part of the experience. We ship authentic Middle Eastern fragrances across Egypt with speed and care.

Processing & Delivery Times Orders placed before 3:00 PM Cairo time are processed and handed to our courier the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the following business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–2 business days to most areas across Egypt.

Shipping Coverage We ship to all governorates within Egypt. Delivery times may vary slightly for areas outside Greater Cairo and Alexandria.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.

Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to track your shipment at any time.

Delays While we do everything to meet our delivery promise, occasional delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to courier conditions. We'll always communicate proactively if your order is affected.
