Shipping policy

At NASMAT, we believe fast delivery is part of the experience. We ship authentic Middle Eastern fragrances across Egypt with speed and care.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Cairo time are processed and handed to our courier the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the following business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–2 business days to most areas across Egypt. We do not dispatch orders on Fridays; orders placed on a Friday ship on Saturday.

Shipping Coverage
We ship to all governorates within Egypt. Delivery times may vary slightly for areas outside Greater Cairo and Alexandria.

Shipping Fees
Delivery costs a flat LE 90 anywhere in Egypt. Orders of LE 3,000 or more ship free. You will always see the exact delivery cost before you confirm your order.

Payment
Pay in cash when your order arrives (cash on delivery).

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to track your shipment at any time.

Delays
While we do everything to meet our delivery promise, occasional delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to courier conditions. We'll always communicate proactively if your order is affected.
