Return Policy

At NASMAT, we stand behind every product we sell. All our fragrances are 100% authentic, sourced directly from original manufacturers and delivered to you in Egypt.

Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, sealed, and unopened packaging
  • Unused and in the exact condition it was delivered
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Items without original packaging or seal
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

This policy exists because fragrances are personal care products — once opened, they cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Request a Return Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nasmat.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
